Terms and Conditions

You should be absolutely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you need to exchange an item for a different size of the same item, please know that all exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 3 days of receipt for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Unfortunately, special order or items that have been tried on and taken home cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-returnable.

To make an exchange, simply pack and seal the merchandise with the original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send it back to us using an insured service to the above address. Lady of Faith Boutique will not be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we strongly suggest insuring your package.

Once we have received and inspected your return or exchange, your store credit will process to a discount code that can be used anytime. Lady of Faith Boutique reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet our requirements. Any denied exchange will be sent back to the customer.

Please allow 1-2 days processing time once your order has been confirmed.  Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 1pm CST will be begin processing same day. Orders placed after 1pm CST will not begin processing until the following business day. You will receive email confirmation once item has been shipped. Shipping Rates

Domestic orders can be shipped USPS, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Next Day Mail. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.A.
